Recently, I had to terminate an employee, and these reviews coincidentally began to appear around the time of this employee's termination. The content of these reviews includes information that only an employee is aware of, so we have a good indication of who is behind these postings. We are currently in the process of working with legal authorities to determine the source of these fake reviews and will press charges once we have definitive proof. However, I wanted to make sure my loyal and future customers are notified that the content of these reviews is absolutely false, malicious, and in no way, shape, or form holds true to the quality of our work and employees. I called Top Lock when I got home from work Thursday night at around 8 PM. Most other locksmiths that I called were already closed for day. I set up an appointment to have all the locks on my house re-keyed. I was quoted what I considered to be a fair price, and my appointment was set for 9 AM the following morning. A gentleman called me in the morning to verify my appointment time and the locksmith arrived on time. The locksmith Ricky couldn't have been nicer and the service was completed within a half hour. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of residential service.

I lost my car keys.. the guy came within 25 minutes and made me a key and remote.. the price was fair.. i got a few other quotes from companies saying $15 service call and key starts at $125... this man told me the exact price over the phone. I would refer them to anyone
I called Top Lock to have the front door lock on my home changed. Ricky arrived when he said he would. He was extremely helpful, nice and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them. Their service was outstanding. They were so great that I used them a second time to have an additional car key made. They were considerably less in cost than the dealer. Again, I highly recommend them.
Excellent service! Thanks for helping me out of a real pickle. I wish I remembered the guys name who came to my aid, but I was so upset when he got there I totally didn't listen. Anyway, the price was more than reasonable and they arrived quickly.
