Otherwise than that, it was an excellent stay.
The emergency room staff were magnificent! The doctor assigned was Dr. McCormick, she is a phenomenal doctor and her beside beside manners is impeccable.
not bad once you're inside. lady at the desk for emergency room?? whole different story. i hate posting bad reviews but i was literally blue in the face and she didn't even look up from her f****g cell phone to address me. happened to me twice and happened to my wife once. no one else was waiting..... this lady really just doesn't take her job seriously. she needs to get fired before someone dies... this isn't a dermatology clinic or a center for dental hygiene... its a freaking emergency room.. get your s**t together!!!!
With that being said the rooms and curtains need to be clean. And the ultrasound tech was Very rude!!! I must say she got off because I was in severe pain.
Staff was wonderful & accommodating. Spent 4 days here & nursing staff was amazing not a bad nurse. Watched how caring they were with me & other patients. They truly care.
This hospital was great and took care of me and my brother. We both had emergency"s . The staff is awesome and i"m #17. Fast and Quick
Worst experience with the triage ladies by the emergency room. Tried calling to see if the waiting room was packed out because the hospital I went to was about a two hour wait.. the first time I called the lady asked me “what do you want?” I told her and she hung up on me. The second time I called this lady with a Spanish accent answered with an attitude as well and said the other lady hung up on me because she was busy talking to someone. Then said who cares about a wait, which I get it if there’s an emergency whatever, but it’s a simple question. She said “well what do you want me to do?!” Ladies are horrible, if you hate your job so much then quit.
